Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description This position is responsible for supporting the Quality Team to ensure products and processes comply with relevant requirements of the Quality Management System and ISO 9001. The role includes managing the Quality Management System and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the company using quality tools. Responsibilities + Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring the integrity of the data. + Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. + Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production and operation concerns. + Support the Quality Team to ensure products and processes comply with relevant requirements of the Quality Management System and ISO 9001. + Conduct full cycle internal audits and present final determinations to management. + Review and analyze nonconformance reports, delivering recommendations to improve quality and on-time delivery. + Analyze customer complaints, determine root causes, and create corrective and preventative actions. + Interact and support Purchasing with the evaluation of external suppliers, including on-site audits. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Experience with quality engineering and quality assurance. + Proficiency in PPAP, root cause analysis, and CAPA. + Experience with quality management systems. + Proficiency with quality tools such as CAPA, PDCA, Six Sigma, DFMA, etc. Additional Skills & Qualifications + B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering or a related field. Work Environment The work environment includes interactions with various departments, such as Purchasing, and may involve on-site audits of external suppliers.
