\t\t\t\t\tQuality Engineer - primary duties will be to directly support the swing shift production floor with complex troubleshooting by performing root cause analysis and investigations utilizing engineering principles, statistical analysis, and scientific methods and then implement Corrective Actions. additional responsibilities:Provide adequate oversight and control that assures all raw materials, component details and finished products supporting a given program are procured and/or manufactured in accordance with contractual quality requirements.Manage supplier interactions, work with new product development programs, and ensure appropriate supplier compliance to Arrowhead and Customer quality requirements.Develop and communicate Arrowhead expectations for quality performance, continuous improvement, quality systems, process controls and capabilities to suppliers.Mentor and train supplier representatives in best practices in quality systems, process controls methods, problem solving and statistical tools.Develop supplier audit schedule, conduct supplier audits and follow-up on supplier corrective actions.Maintain supplier program, including supplier ratings, metrics and development.

\t\t\t\t\tQuality Engineer experience or desire to be trained on quality duties and projectsMUST HAVE B.S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering - formal engineering schooling and trainingMust Have at least 2 years on experience in a manufacturing Environment - in the capacity of a Quality engineer, a Manufacturing engineer, or even a Mechanical EngineerExperience, schooling, or training, to perform engineering principles and studies - statistical process control, Lean methodologies, Fishbone, 5 WHYs, 8D methodologies, or any technical studies and investigationsBonus Experience:Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)Experience in aerospace manufacturing that includes internal/supplier quality engineering.
