Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and review quality inspection and test plans for new product development and legacy production parts • Contribute manufacturing and quality expertise to design reviews for new product development, supplier changes, product changes and/or improvements for legacy production parts • Perform reviews of first article inspections and documentation for new product development, dormancy and supplier changes of legacy production parts • Coordinate the review and resolution of non-conformances, liasing with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop, implement and monitor corrective and preventative action (CAPA) plans • Work collaboratively within and across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision • Responsible for Supplier Recurrent Approvals, Source Inspections and Audits • Participate in internal audits of the QMS • Other related duties may be assigned Skills gd&t, root cause analysis, qms, iso 9001, geometric dimensioning, tolerancing, Supplier, faa, supplier quality, blue light scanning Top Skills Details gd&t,root cause analysis,qms,iso 9001,geometric dimensioning,tolerancing Additional Skills & Qualifications Must: -2+ years professional experience in Quality engineering -GD&T knowledge -Regulated industry -Non-Conformance -Auditing Plus: -Designated Manufacturing Representative -Inspection or CMM -Bachelors Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.07 • Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Hollywood,FL.
