Your responsibilities:
Coordination of tasks in the area of quality in the companyDefining and overseeing quality control systemCoordination and solving problems in production processes through the use of quality tools (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa)Supervision of the corrective and preventive action implementation in processesCoordination of the changes implementation in the production processesAnalysis, reporting and appropriate communication of information on customer complaintsMonitoring and reporting quality resultsActive participation in processes and products transfer Leadership and participation in projects to improve the operation of the companyConducting internal audits in accordance with their plans as the internal auditor (including compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001)Our requirements:
Higher technical education (MSc), technical / qualitative / production directionExperience in a manufacturing company quality area, process engineering, NPI, printing area Practical knowledge of the use of quality tools (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa)Good knowledge of English is a mustCommunicative Polish would be an added valueVery good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel)Ability to create reports and interpret and present data, indicatorsAbility to build positive relationships with people / customer orientationTeam work ability and organizedAbility to work well under pressure Knowledge in the field of printing would be an added valuePractical experience in commissioning new machines; Proactive, goal-oriented attitude and ability to work independently and efficiently coordinate tasksKnowledge of statistical analysisPractical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and other methods of process improvementHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and a bit of expertise in negotiations and influencing othersWhat we offer:
