Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to lead CAPA investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and manage our audit program compliant with ISO standards. This role will involve developing documentation for ISO compliance, tracking quality metrics, and creating processes and documentation for new product launches. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining test equipment through calibration and standardization procedures. Essential Skills + Quality engineering + CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Actions) + Root cause analysis + Proficiency in Minitab and Excel + Nonconformance reviews + Corrective action + Preventative action + QMS (Quality Management System) + Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards + ISO 9001 compliance + Audit management + NCR (Nonconformance Report) + MRB (Material Review Board) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a similar field. + 2 or more years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality system. + QMS management experience (nice to have). + Internal/External Auditing experience (nice to have). + Supplier management experience (nice to have). Work Environment Our company is experiencing rapid growth, having recently won two government programs and expected to secure more contracts. We are also about to launch two new products. We hold 65-70% of the market share for military ballistic helmets, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The work involves the use of various technologies and equipment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
