Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to lead CAPA investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and manage our audit program compliant with ISO standards. This role will involve developing documentation for ISO compliance, tracking quality metrics, and creating processes and documentation for new product launches. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining test equipment through calibration and standardization procedures.

Our company is experiencing rapid growth, having recently won two government programs and expected to secure more contracts. We are also about to launch two new products. We hold 65-70% of the market share for military ballistic helmets, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The work involves the use of various technologies and equipment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00
