As a Quality Engineer, you will manage warranty processes and analyze data to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. You will work with various teams including engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain to solve warranty issues and improve processes. You will handle the warranty management system, including documentation and tracking of claims and complaints, and use statistical tools to find trends and causes of product failures. Additionally, you will conduct root cause analysis, plan corrective actions, and develop preventive measures to reduce warranty claims and enhance product reliability. You will lead teams to investigate and resolve complex warranty issues, monitor and report on warranty performance metrics, and work with suppliers to address warranty issues and ensure compliance. Providing technical support to customer service and sales teams and driving continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost customer satisfaction will also be key responsibilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.87 - $52.88
