Description:

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting current and future New Product Introductions.

- Lead APQP and PPAP documentation processes

- Perform FAI with each customer requirement

- Identify bottleneck areas within NPI phases and conduct root cause analysis

- Troubleshoot quality related issues alongside production

- Assis with performing product and process audits

- Adhere to AS9145 and/or AS13100 standards

 MUST HAVES:

- 5+ Years of Quality Engineering experience

- Experience performing/leading APQP/PPAP (Advanced Product Quality Planning / Production Part Approval Process) per AS9145 and/or AS13100

- Experience with performing First Article Inspections

- Understanding of GD&T and use of inspection equipment

- Experience performing product and process audits.

- Aerospace or Automotive industry experience

NICE TO HAVES:

- 10+ Years of QE experience

- Experience supporting Big 3 Aerospace Engine OEMs: Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney or GE Aerospace

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00
