Day to Day Responsibilities: Work with purchase team to conduct supplier annual audit and follow up New vendor onsite audit and qualification from quality department Monitor supplier performance to achieve plant target Follow up with purchase and vendor for supplier quality issue in plants and even from customer complaints Work with cross functional team to finish new product qualification Train IQC for new product/ process and continuously to improve IQC capability Maintain plant procedure related to supplier management to keep the procedure proper and efficiency Lead or participant project to reduce plant Cost, either for CoQ or other projects Work with cross functional team to reduce Cost of Quality and finish Cost saving target assigned from department and/or from plant level Escalate issues to proper function and level to reach resolution. Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor Follow plant EHS policy to reduce plant safety risk by routine work Work with cross functional team to introduce the transferred products or/and new designed product lines from other sister plant Establish and optimize product control plan and ensure control plan are proper and being executed well in process Lead and engage in customer complaints investigation from quality Training inspectors to for product quality criteria Develop and optimize product inspection method Use statistical tools to Track, analysis and follow up with operation and engineering team to drive continuously improvement for product quality Education & Experience
