Quality Engineer
The eCommerce Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining product data in the company's eCommerce platform. This role involves working closely with the product management and marketing teams to ensure all product information is up-to-date and correctly displayed online. Essential Responsibilities: + Data Entry: Input product details such as descriptions, prices, and images into the eCommerce system. + Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain product information to ensure accuracy and consistency. + Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any discrepancies. + Collaboration: Work with various teams to gather necessary product information and ensure timely updates. + Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on data entry activities and product listings. + SEO Support: Assist in optimizing product listings for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords. Required Skills/Abilities: + Experience: Previous experience in data entry, preferably in an eCommerce setting. + Skills: Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. + Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopware, Shopify, Magento) and basic knowledge of SEO practices. + Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Education and Experience: + Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
