Essential Skills + Quality engineering + Root cause analysis + Lean methodology + Data collection + Quality control + Defect tracking + Manufacturing environment + Database documentation + 3+ years of experience + Experience in electrical engineering Additional Skills & Qualifications + Lean methodology certification (preferably Green Belt) + Experience in manufacturing setting, preferably with final products or components + Proficiency in data capture tools such as Excel, Power BI, and databases + ISO 9001 certification + Experience with control panels + Knowledge of automation systems + Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages Work Environment Work closely with engineering teams, technicians, and panel builders in a collaborative environment to track defects and proactively resolve quality issues. The role involves hands-on quality engineering tasks and participation in building the Quality group. The work environment is dynamic, with an emphasis on moving towards automated systems and integrating new technologies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $39.42 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
