Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform detailed analysis of customer returned parts, drive Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) improvements, and work to prevent internal recurring failures. You will be responsible for validating customer RMAs and improving manufacturing processes, supervising a team in the final inspection department, and representing QA in the material review board (MRB) for internal rejections.

ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed analysis of customer returned parts and use findings to drive Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) improvements.Prevent internal recurring failures and reduce risks by performing root cause analysis to identify and address existing issues.Validate customer RMAs and issue further actions to improve manufacturing processes.Supervise a team of 6 in the final inspection department, providing guidance, coaching, and training whenever necessary.Represent the QA in the material review board (MRB) for internal rejections.Essential SkillsExperience as a Quality Engineer.Knowledge of AS9102 and aerospace standards.Proficiency in root cause analysis and first article inspections.Experience with corrective actions and audits.Familiarity with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong leadership skills to supervise and guide a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing advanced technologies and equipment to ensure the highest quality standards. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The work schedule may vary, and you will be expected to adhere to the company's dress code and safety guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
