Process Optimisation & Metrics: Evaluating current processes – critical assess if they’re being followed, are effective, and if they suit business operations. Establishing metrics: setting targets, and creating systems to monitor business excellence and ensure visibility of results. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Driving consistency through clear + continuous stakeholder engagement. Building trust and confidence, influencing diverse teams to align with business goals. Once these objectives are achieved, the focus will shift to implementing similar processes in Auckland, specifically supporting product design and manufacturing for payment terminals.
