What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key player in our quality assurance team, you will:
+ Inspect with Precision: Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring our products meet rigorous engineering and customer standards.
+ Lead the Charge: Review and approve planning documentation to ensure every inspection point is fully identified and met.
+ Be the Problem Solver: Conduct Root Cause Analyses, recommend corrective actions, and drive improvements to eliminate non-conformances.
+ Expert Advisor: Provide technical guidance to employees and customers to ensure all requirements are met, from contractual to regulatory.
+ Collaborate for Success: Participate in design and product reviews to ensure manufacturability and inspectability are on point.
+ Educate & Inspire: Coach others on quality systems and provide training on maintaining high standards of excellence.
+ Analyze for Excellence: Dive deep into contractual and product specifications to improve methods, procedures, and metrics for unmatched quality.
+ Own Quality Control: Conduct internal audits and support external and third-party audits, ensuring our products exceed quality expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of aerospace experience as a Quality Engineer
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)
+ Expertise in ISO-9001/AS-9100 standards
+ Proven experience reading drawings and conducting first article inspections (per AS9102)
+ Strong experience in mechanical inspections using standard measuring equipment
+ Familiarity with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
+ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong ability to provide technical expertise and mentor others
+ Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00
