Job Description Our client in the Wichita Falls TX area is seeking a talented Quality Engineer. The quality engineer, will work on a team of four other quality engineers in the large manufacturing warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering principles, experience with quality control processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits for products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product consistency and reliability. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management, highlighting quality performance and improvement initiatives. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
