Quality Engineer
Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product meets customer and internal requirements. This position involves documenting results of test and inspection activities and communicating findings proactively and in a timely manner. Responsibilities + Ensure product meets customer and internal requirements. + Document results of test and inspection activities. + Communicate findings proactively and in a timely manner. + Conduct quality audits and offload a large portion of this work. + Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes. Essential Skills + Experience as a Quality Technician or Engineer. + Proficiency with measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and microscopes. + Experience in quality audits. + Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Minitab. + Associate's degree in Engineering. + Experience in customer quality interactions. + Experience with ceramics, crystals, and machined products. Work Environment This position involves a 50/50 split between office and floor work. You will work with ceramic and crystal machined products with applications in DoD, Medical, and C&IP fields. The work environment is clean and adheres to ISO9001:2015 Quality Standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
