Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams
Contribute toward predictable delivery of quality release
Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation
Mentor team members on Automation frameworks
Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results
Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team lead on the status of quality
Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality
Works with less structured, more complex issues Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

B. Tech. / MCA / M. Tech (16+ years of formal education)
4+ years of total experience with solid technical background and 4+ years of experience working on automation using Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/WebDriverIO with JavaScript
Hands-on coding experience in any programming language Core Java,/Python
Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps goal/initiatives
Knowledge on Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Actions, Docker, SauceLabs
Solid working knowledge of ATDD/BDD
Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments  Proficient in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
