Quality Engineer
About the position
The incumbent will manage the Consumer Complaints and QUIPs process, conduct investigations, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will execute internal line audits to ensure process compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). The scope of this role includes RMC and Shisha factories.
Main areas of responsibility
1. Consumer Complaints and QUIP (Quality Unsure Inspected Products)
Manages the customer and consumer complaints and QUIP handling process, including:
Investigating root causes in collaboration with relevant functions. Establishing corrective and preventive action plans. Providing clear and actionable feedback to the market. Reporting via FMS, GSCA, and QIMS. Supporting ASP and target setting for consumer complaint reduction plans.
2. Internal Audits
Scheduling internal audits to ensure operational compliance with Quality Management Standards. Communicating deviations, non-conformities, and best practices to audited areas. Ensuring sustainability of preventive actions based on previous audit records.
3. Quality Pillar
Actively participating in the Quality Pillar team. Contributing to effectively executing Quality tools, including Quality Triggers, QBOS, Q Alerts, QRPN, and PDM.
Requirements
University Degree (B.Sc.) in Engineering or Scientific field. 2+ years working in a similar role, knowledge of methods of solving problems in teams, root cause analysis, statistical process control, and ISO standards. Advanced English and advanced Microsoft knowledge. Good Computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SAP).
