Description This position will be a Quality Resident Engineer on-site at Ford Kentucky Truck Plant. The main job is to be a liaison with the plant and point of contact for any issues with wire harnesses at the plant. This will involve a level of customer service and excellent communication (written and verbal) to ensure client (Ford) is being taken care of. Will use root cause analysis to identify countermeasures and implement them in the field. May require coordinating sorts or fixing a wire harness issue on the line. Lots of walking will be required on this job as it's a large plant. Must be able to work independently. This position will train on day shift for 2 months and then switch to C shift (Friday/Saturday 6a-4p, Sun/Mon 6p-4a).
