Job Description
Develop, maintain, and improve quality requirements and standards. Ensure compliance in all Zones including Molding, SMT, and Assembly. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and improve quality requirements and standards.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including participation in external agency audits and CoP Control Plan development.Facilitate continuous improvement efforts in all Zones including Molding, SMT, and Assembly.Assist in identification, development, and implementation of effective quality control methodologies.Support continuous improvement activities including events and corrective action efforts.Manage, monitor, and maintain customer portal requirements including metrics, CCAR, and ECN.Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers regarding quality issues.Review, analyze, and report key customer metrics including PPM, Out-of-Box failures, and Warranty failures. The work environment includes working on the floor and may require interaction with various departments including Molding, SMT, and Assembly. The position involves continuous improvement activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
