Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. 🚀 Responsibilities: + 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory specifications. + 🛠️ Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. + 🔍 Conduct quality audits and inspections. + 🕵️ Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. + 📊 Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics. + 📝 Participate in design and process reviews. + 📚 Provide training and support on quality standards and procedures. + 🛠️ Ensure products meet quality standards, including AS9100 and AS9102. + 📊 Generate and analyze quality data. + 📝 Coordinate and support First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102. + 🛠️ Assist in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings. + 🛠️ Lead quality planning efforts for new product development. + 🛠️ Develop inspection plans for purchased products and parts. + 📈 Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. + 🛠️ Perform other quality engineering and manufacturing support duties. 🎓 Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. + Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools. + Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Knowledge of production processes and quality management systems (QMS). + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 💡 Required Skills / Abilities: + Excellent verbal and written communication. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Knowledge of production processes and quality management systems (QMS). + Strong interpersonal skills. + Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action methods. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 🌟 Desired Skills: + Experience with root cause – corrective action investigation. + Knowledge of First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102. + Familiarity with Material Review Board (MRB) processes. + Quality certifications (CQE, CQA, etc.). + Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA or NADCAP regulations. + Experience with quality inspection tools (Net-Inspect, InspectionXpert, etc.). 💼 Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 Annually Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
