**CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer position for our client in Whitsett, NC.** **Location:** Whitsett, NC **Duration:** 12+ months, with the possibility for extension **Duties:** + Lead corrective action measures through comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive quality excellence. + Develop, enhance, and improve robust quality control procedures and standards. + Conduct regular inspections of processes, review documentation, and evaluate products for compliance with established quality standards. + Analyze quality trends and assess supplier quality to ensure adherence to quality requirements. + Collaborate with engineering, production, and other Fulfillment departments to resolve quality concerns and lead improvement initiatives. + Manage the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) by identifying internal and external failure costs and driving out process inefficiencies. + Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization. **Skills:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operations. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Ability to evaluate and improve quality processes and standards. **Experience:** + Prior experience in quality engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing or fulfillment environment. + Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions. + Familiarity with quality control methodologies and process improvement strategies. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
