Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to execute and continuously improve critical processes, procedures, and practices to eliminate defects both internally and externally. This role will utilize critical control methods and processes to identify and capture quality failures within the organization and prevent quality escapes. The Quality Engineer will develop quality specifications for Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Service, apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) as needed, respond to customer challenges, and set up third-party assessments. Additionally, this role involves raw material, component, and finished good inspections, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and relevant industry standards for building materials.

The worker is sometimes subject to noise, requiring shouting to be heard above the ambient noise level. The role includes office area exposure with heavy computer use as well as manufacturing area exposure to moving mechanical parts, oils/solvents, fumes, and odors that may affect the eyes, ears, nose, throat, and/or skin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
