Job Description
Control production processes through implementation of inspection plans, failure analysis investigations, and continuous improvement activities. You will plan and conduct the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration. Additionally, you will perform quality reviews of design documentation for compliance, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records. Your role will involve performing failure analysis investigations to determine improvement opportunities and directing technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities. You will also maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards and manage both customer and supplier facing quality functions for the applicable business unit.

You will be working in the Quality Department, which is led by a Director of Quality. The team consists of seven individuals (inspectors and engineers), and there is an urgent need to support the current workload. The environment is fast-paced and operates with a lean team. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
