Your role – challenging and future-orientedAs a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for supplier development and be the driver of implementing tools as 8D reporting, PPAP, supplier audit and claim handling process. Your primary responsibilities include:Managing supplier claims, registration, reporting and corrective actions.Supporting internal NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) in production areas.Leading the implementation of 8D reporting (corrective action) from suppliers.Supporting PPAP (process approval) implementation.Conducting supplier audits and following up on 8D and PPAPDriving the development of new processes/procedures/claim handling systemPerforming first sample inspections from suppliersYour opportunities for growthAs we progress with the Siemens integration, this role will offer significant learning and career development opportunities, including:Gaining unique experience in a pioneering technology environment within a fast-growing company.Expanding your technical and process competencies.We don’t need superheroes, just super mindsWe are looking for someone who has:A technical degree and/or 5 years of experience in quality engineering.3-5 years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Danish and English both written and verballyWe prefer that you have the following qualifications, but it’s not a requirement:Experience with ISO 9001Six-Sigma skills, Yellow belt level as minimumRoot cause problem solving/8D reportingExperience with PPAP & Change ControlContinuous ImprovementTraining Facilitation in 8D reportingExperience in cross-functional and international teamworkExperience with claim handling in ERP SAPIf you wish to know more about the position, please contact QEHS Manager Thomas Michaelsen, +45 52366348 or thomas.michaelsen@sem-safe.com.
