**Description:** You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the MFC Business Area\. Our team is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, standards, and regulations, and implementing quality management systems and processes to drive excellence in our operations\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and leading audits to assess compliance and driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems and processes\. Your responsibilities will include:
\-Ensuring effectiveness and technical adequacy for Nonconformance Management Processes
\-Planning, conducting, and leading audits to assess compliance with internal and external requirements
\-Developing and implementing audit schedules, checklists, and procedures
\-Collaborating with stakeholders to implement quality management systems and processes
\-Analyzing audit results and providing recommendations for process improvements
\-Developing and delivering training programs to promote quality awareness and compliance

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
· Minimum 5 years of experience in quality
engineering, auditing, or a related field
· Bachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education
· Experience in auditing and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
· Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and Lockheed Martin quality standards
· Excellent communication, leadership, and
interpersonal skills
**Desired Skills:**
· STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred
· Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
· Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
· Experience with audit tools and software, such as audit management systems and statistical process control
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
