Quality Engineer - Assembly

Responsibilities

Ensure Compliance with the Quality system. Eradicate or prevent defects in assembly lines. Ensure the approval of new products (Launches). Conducts and leads statistical studies in accordance with the MSA manual. Coordinates problem solving process.

Requirements

Engineering Degree (Graduate). CoreTools (APQP,PPAP,AMEF,CONTROL PLAN,SPC, MSA) Advanced English IQ - APIS Analysis of problems 8DS / 5WS GD&T Requirements of the client. IATF  Supplier material verification Knowledge of assembly process / component manufacturing Measurement knowledge,  CMM reports Management of KPIs.
