Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to provide onsite engineering support at a manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves supporting quality, inspection, and non-conformance processes, as well as driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with client and ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong aerospace background, experience with Quality Management Systems, and a proven ability to manage technical and cross-functional responsibilities effectively.

Job Duties:
* Provide Quality Engineering support for non-conformance (NC) processes, including submitting NC hardware for client review and ensuring compliance with technical plans, FAIR, and case studies.
* Collaborate with client requirements and adhere to ISO standards, including managing SPS and eCAV systems.
* Document processes and quality findings, ensuring all necessary records are maintained accurately.
* Provide process support, including learning machining operations, creating off-sheets, and driving process improvement initiatives.
* Communicate effectively across teams to drive action items and maintain project alignment.

Required Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of progressive experience in aerospace quality engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including MRB, SPS, and eCAV.
* Familiarity with FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) and technical planning.
* Proven ability to drive action items and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the nature of the work.
* Ability to work full-time, first shift, onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on experience in machining processes and process improvement methodologies.
* Advanced skills in data analysis and troubleshooting for quality and process optimization.
