JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Acts as first point of contact with customers on quality issues
* Builds business relationships with customer contacts
* Analyze Customer complaints related to product quality, and lead implementation of proper corrective actions
* Management of action plans for customer quality concerns
* Provides continuous feedback to customers about the status of customer issues
* Supporting and participating in P-FMEA
* Preparing 8D reports
* Leading problem-solving meetings
* Works with external sorting companies to setup sorts at customer sites
* Performs failure evaluations on suspect samples and performs evaluations on third party companies as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
* Five plus years experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
* Strong communication skills internally and externally with customer.
* Must be well spoken and command the room as they will engage with executive levels at OSF and OEM"s
* Strong quality technical skills/acknowledge.
* Preferrable within steel or forging and automotive
* Strong problem solving skills and proactive
* Proficient in organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task; possesses analytical skills and confidentiality.
* Works productively and can work independently to solve problems.
* Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making.
* Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
* Can communicate with all levels of employees (union and management).
* Can adapt to changing work and project situations.
* Proficient in office administration procedures, applicable software (including Microsoft products, etc.).
