Identifies and evaluates procedures to ensure the production of quality product. Develops new and unique approaches to complex problems and can advance technology beyond previous achieved levels. Applies engineering concepts to resolve acute or chronic problems. Conducts studies to understand capability for process and/or measurement systems. Provides management with technical guidance as required. Identifies and develops appropriate documentation for process improvement and project implementation. Maintains liaison with individuals and units within or outside the organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to their filed.  Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.Identifies, evaluates, and develops procedures to ensure the production of quality product. Develops new and unique approaches to complex problems and can advance technology beyond previous achieved levels. Applies engineering concepts to resolve acute or chronic problems. Conducts studies to understand capability for process and/or measurement systems. Uses judgement and problem-solving skills to provide input in the evolution of measurement equipment, systems and processes. Provides management with technical guidance as required. Identifies and develops appropriate documentation for process improvement and project implementation. Maintains liaison with individuals and units within or outside the organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to their field.Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.Works in individual and team settings. Works collaboratively with other departments to provide detailed data, analysis results and decisions. Performs work which involves conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment.Applies standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusts and correlates data.Analyzes and reviews data to evaluate current production standards and identify trends requiring investigation.Recognizes discrepancies in results and follows operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes.Reviews test procedures and plans prior to implementation, conducts failure analysis and inspection on products, processes and materials.Investigates, develops and implements new process technologies of moderate scope.Creates programs for automated inspection equipment, performs program verifications, trains inspection and operations on use of equipment and programs. Performs troubleshooting and makes recommendations, as necessary. Develops solutions for routine and non-routine technical problems.May repair, modify and/or maintain systems and measurement equipment.Performs other duties as required.
 Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldMinimum Experience: 0-3 years of experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentProblem solving skillsComputer skills as required by stated accountabilitiesBasic word-processing and spreadsheet skillsAbility to read and understand work instructionsData analysis experienceAbility to read and interpret drawings/printsProficient in Excel and/or MinitabKnowledge of SQL queriesExperience using and programming dimensional equipment, Smart Scope experience is preferred
