As the Quality Engineer  you will have direct responsibility for implementing, maintaining, and facilitating continuous quality improvement objectives primarily in the Bearings production departments but also as directed in other areas of the facility.

The application of quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, etc.) to meet facility, customer, and ISO-9001/ IATF 16949 quality system requirements is a critical part of this position.  Having exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are required in order to interface with customers, operators, and staff.

Evaluating the effectiveness of inspection and process control mechanisms is an integral part of this position along with the development of systems and procedures, training of personnel in the use of quality tools, continual monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators are required.
