We are looking for an Supplier Quality Engineer to work with our Logistics Quality and Supplier Quality team. Do you have a passion for logistics, supplier development, quality and continuous improvement? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
+ Improve Freight and Logistics quality performance through quality plan implementation.
+ Collaborate with Suppliers, Logistics, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to deliver quality improvements that minimize the costs of quality and improve processes.
+ Develop and execute Corrective and Preventive Action plans with suppliers. Support internal deviation process linked to Logistics activities.
+ Lead Logistics & warehouse complaint resolution and CAPA investigations together with operations & Supplier quality,
+ manage customer complaint cases to closure, and support internal and customer quality audits.
+ Be the focal point of managing customer complaint cases and warehouse and logistics case management.
+ Support Global Sourcing and Logistics quality initiatives and metrics
+ Perform regular quality review and monitoring to demonstrate quality objectives are being achieved.
Who you are
+ A proactive, self-driven, results seeking and enthusiastically intense person who enjoys driving improvement, collaborating with teams and delivering impact
+ A quality professional with a minimum of 2 years of quality related work experience, that includes direct experience in quality and supplier quality management, preferably in life sciences
+ Experience in working with logistics providers (3PL, warehouse, transportation, brokers) in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably both.
+ Earned a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a technical field with experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance
+ Fluent in English
Would be a plus if you also have experience in:
+ Knowledge of supplier quality management workstreams including qualification, auditing, change management, CAPA/RCA, QMS development and training program development
+ Ability to develop, communicate and implement a strategy to ensure compliance to Cytiva, regulatory and industry requirements
+ Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross-functionally and globally).
