- $65,000 per year to start - depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish quality standards and develop quality control processes and procedures
Monitor compliance through inspections and audits to ensure product quality
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality standards
Analyze quality data, generate reports, and recommend improvements
Ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications
Train employees on quality standards and procedures
Investigate customer complaints and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain documentation for audits

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Proficiency in quality inspection tools
Experience with root cause analysis
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with ERP systems

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years of quality engineering experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma)
