As a Quality Engineer, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tResponsible for the design, development, and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of company products in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. \r\n\tReviewing for quality of top-level assembly before it is shipped to customers.\r\n\tPerforms analysis on reported nonconformities and discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical systems, and field data.\r\n\tInvestigates the cause for discrepancies and nonconformities to develop disposition and recommend corrective action plans.\r\n\tLeads material review board, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and ZDP (Zero Defect Plans) activities.\r\n\tInterfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.\r\n\tServe as the primary interface to customers and suppliers for quality-related matters.\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Must-Have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t5-10 years of Quality Engineering experience.\r\n\tKnowledgeable/Dispositioning electrical/PWB/SMT hardware-related defects against IPC standards/criteria.\r\n\tKnowledgeable of J-Standards.\r\n\tProcess Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and ZDP (Zero Defect Plans) activities.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Duration: 12 Months (possible extn.)

\r\n\r\n

Location: Malabar, FL

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $50.00-57.00/ per hour.

\r\n\r\n
