Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager for\nour Plymouth, Minnesota  location.

YOUR ROLE WILL\nINCLUDE:

As the Site Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality throughout the design, development, manufacturing, engineering, support and operations processes.You will lead the strategic direction and for site initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product quality.Manage, develop, and provide technical guidance and support to quality team.Take ownership and ensure site compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100.Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and implement corrective actions where necessary.Conduct cost improvement analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings.Lead improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.Lead supplier quality initiativesLead internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management system standards.Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

US CITIZENSHIP\nREQUIREMENTS

Must be a US\nCitizen due to contractual requirements.

The annual base salary for this position is $114,000 – $172,000.  Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in leadership roleU.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
