Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to establish and develop quality specifications and standards, as well as inspection and sampling techniques. The successful candidate will develop procedures for internal auditing, manage compliance with third-party certificates, execute internal and external quality reporting requirements, and address customer issues by coordinating corrective actions. The Quality Manager will also ensure the management of the supplier base to meet current quality needs, oversee supplier performance, and develop and manage quality team personnel.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish and develop quality specifications and standards, inspection and sampling techniques.Develop procedures for internal auditing and sampling techniques.Manage compliance with third-party certificates.Execute internal and external quality reporting requirements.Address customer issues and coordinate corrective actions.Ensure the management of the supplier base to meet current quality needs.Oversee supplier performance.Develop and manage quality team personnel.Essential SkillsExperience in Quality Management, CAPA, ISO, and auditing.Root cause analysis.Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.Experience with rubber or sealing products preferred.Experience with supplier management and performance oversight.Experience with AS9100, AS9102, IATF standards, inspection, and process development.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree.4+ years of quality experience.Experience leading quality teams.Aerospace or automotive industry experience preferred.Experience with rubber or sealing products preferred.Work Environment
The Quality Manager will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on maintaining and improving quality standards. The role requires interaction with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and addressing quality-related issues. The work schedule may vary, and the use of specific quality management tools and techniques is expected. The dress code is business casual.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00
