Job Title: Quality Engineering TechniciansJob Description The Quality Engineering Technicians will be working on the Engineering team and will be responsible for ensuring that all products adhere to the company's quality standards. They will support quality documentation, including hands-on quality tasks such as measuring parts/products, visual inspections, and lab testing. They will also be responsible for producing, interpreting, and reporting product quality and test data, as well as performing corrective actions and continual improvement. Additionally, they will support quality inspections and manage nonconforming material areas. Responsibilities + Perform dimensional measurements + Record results in ERP system (Oracle NetSuite) + Interpret dimensional results and effectively communicate issues to the team following the established escalation process + Participate in gauge studies, correlation studies, and design of experiments (DOE) + Participate in layered process audits (LPAs), 5S audits, and safety audits + Maintain quality and nonconforming material area organization and cleanliness Essential Skills + Associate's Degree in Engineering or Technical Field + Experience in quality assurance + Experience performing dimensional measurements + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite Additional Skills & Qualifications + Oracle ERP experience Work Environment The Quality Engineering Technicians will report to the Quality Engineering Manager and work alongside the Quality Engineer and the Quality Lab Engineer. The facility in Three Rivers is relatively new, featuring modern and temperature-controlled buildings. The office space is located upstairs with open offices, while the main level is dedicated to manufacturing. Initially, the technicians will work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. Once fully trained, they will transition to a swing shift schedule due to the plant's 24/7 operations. The shift pattern includes working from 7pm-7am, with a rotating schedule of days on and off. On weeks with 36 hours worked, technicians will be paid for 40 hours, and on weeks with 48 hours worked, they will receive 1.5x overtime pay. The company manufactures interior composites for the transportation and RV industry, specifically supporting the transportation sector (semi-trucks).
