Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality & Environmental Systems Coordinator in Elkton, MD. Summary: As a Quality & Environmental Systems Coordinator, you will be driving successful audits for ISO:9001 and ISO:14001. You will participate in developing the management system strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and help drive management system software implementations. The Quality and Environmental Management Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation, improvement and continuous reinforcement of established Quality and Environmental fundamental processes. Key Tasks: * Conducts regional Integrated Management Systems (IMS) reviews * Plans and leads internal and external audits in compliance to ISO:9001 and ISO:14001; This includes leading plant leaders and associates through audit preparation * Prepare, respond and manage all external communications applicable to ISO:9001 and ISO:14001; This includes communicating risks found during audits to cross functional teams * Build and maintain aspects and impacts register in accordance with ISO:14001 * Lead 3rd party audits by following developed audit plans, assigning audit tasks, conducting audit meetings, defining corrective actions, and managing follow-up activities
