What part will you play?As a Quality Excellence Manager for Projects and Solutions, you will be a key driver in ensuring premier quality practices within our Solution Business. Your role involves collaborating with global teams, supervising performance metrics, encouraging knowledge sharing, and providing mentorship. You’ll contribute to process improvements, supplier quality management, and strategic initiatives. Join us at the heart of Siemens’ innovation and quality excellence in Erlangen.
Responsibilities
Global Project Alignment
-  Collaborate with Siemens Project Manager (PM@Siemens) coordinator to fulfill global Quality Management in Projects (QMiPs) staffing and ensure alignment across projects for efficient quality practices.
Performance Tracking
-  Define and supervise Key Performance Indicators for the global Solutions QMiP team and support their success in minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs).
Knowledge Sharing
-  Facilitate regular best practice and lessons learned sessions within the Solutions QMiP community and improve team efficiency through knowledge exchange.
Mentorship and Coaching
-  Provide guidance and mentor to QMiPs, fostering their professional growth and develop their skills in alignment with industry standard methodologies.
Project Management Tooling and Processes
-  Support definition and use of Business Unit Project Management tool in alignment with respective processes and provide input for enhancement.
Training Development
-  Design and ensure comprehensive training programs tailored to Project QMiP to continuously enhance their skills.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
-  Support global Project QMiP to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure the implementation of improvement as well as preventive measures to drive operational excellence.
Supplier Quality Management
-  Ensure robust implementation of SQM processes globally and support regional countries in driving SQM initiatives.
Performance and Audit
-  Support the supplier qualification process for solution and services and align supplier audit programs together with Project Procurement.
Quality Assurance
-  Lead Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) across regions and HQ in respective areas.
Strategic Contribution
-  Report directly to the Head of Quality Excellence and take part of the project management leadership circle.

Education: You successfully completed your master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. 
Experience:Long-term experience in project -execution and or -coordination.Expert and qualified auditor.Skills:You are PM@Siemens level C or IPMA C certified or equivalent qualification.You have already worked in an international environment, have intercultural skills, and can work well with international partners and teams. Experienced in governance functions.You are an outstanding teammate.Passion for quality includes excellent interpersonal skills. Language Skills:
