Reporting directly to QM&GCC Manager in EA Business Unit in Turkey, this role ensures quality standards are established through the supply chain. **What part will you play?** + Responsible for the ISO certifications, covering all functions snd product certifications + Ensure Excellence@EA audits + Drive and coordinate all EA QM&GCC relevant digital ideas + Align the strategy with EA QM&GCC QE headquarter + Drive the local NCC management for Sales and Project Management functions + Fulfill and support the overall QM&GCC aligned roadmap + Coordinate 3 years global audit planning Excellence@EA + Integrate new aspects of ISO standards on time and ensure ISO certification + Responsible for internal audits and the management review + Ensure that EA QM&GCC guidelines will be implemented in your location + Interface for all respective digitalization processes in QM&GCC local organization + Lead improvement projects /workshops and Project Excellence topics + Support and lead customer homologation and prequalification process + Coordinate Quality trainings **What you need to make real what matters?** + Bachelors degree engineering in one of the areas, electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering + Profound knowledge in setting and maintaining QMS , + Documentation management / QDMS application knowledge + Application of QMS in Engineering to Order Environment preferably Electrical Distribution + Very good command of English both written and spoken + Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Office 365 + Min 5 years’ experience in ISO 9001:2015 auditing + Lean Six Sigma Green belt + Experience in process design and management tools + Knowledge of quality methodology/tools + Knowledge in Project Management process certification PMI is an asset **What we offer** 1.
