Responsibilities 

Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), part of IMS. Support in the development of Quality management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures. Assist to manage and ensure all quality processes are in compliance to Standards and Company's requirements Lead Document controller for the IMS system Assist in the review of QMS processes and workflow to meet operational needs Facilitate both internal and external audits, monitor and continuous improvement  Conduct audits and compliance checks to assess QMS performance, identify areas for continuous improvement Liaise with both internal and external parties on QMS related issue Support company’s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, assist in the tender bidding Participate in project, work studies, company-wide activities and continuous improvement initiatives Administer, monitor and track the Regional Due Diligence process. Interface with entities professionals & provide support and improve the quality process performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.  Support development of house training material/video, organise and maintain records.

 

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years experience in quality related work  Preferably ISO9001 Internal Auditor certified Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour   Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism  Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
