Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to oversee and supervise construction sites, ensuring quality inspection and assurance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Quality Control:Conduct thorough inspections of construction machinery, assemblies, and buildings.Ensure all equipment and structures meet safety and quality standards.Identify and report any defects or non-compliance issues.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of inspections, including findings and corrective actions taken.Prepare and submit quality reports to management.Compliance and Safety:Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.Training and Development:Train construction personnel on quality standards and inspection procedures.Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among the workforce.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on quality control.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety training, are advantageous.Working Conditions:
Primarily on-site at construction locations.May require working in various weather conditions and environments.Physical ability to conduct inspections, including climbing ladders and accessing confined spaces.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
