Job Description
Supports hospital leadership and provides assistance with quality, financial, and performance improvement processes, including acting as a liaison for the assigned Medical Staff and or Hospital Committee. Facilitates performance activity identified by providing the data tools necessary to make meaningful decisions. Integrates and communicates hospital and Performance Improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with State, Federal, and accrediting body standards.
Education:
Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Health Information Management
Certifications/Experience:
RN current license or Certification or Registration if HIM Professional (RHIT, RRA)Preferred [5-7] years’ experience in a hospital setting. Proficiency in statistical analysis. Understanding of databases, spreadsheets applications and word processing skills. Experience with Joint Commission surveys and demonstrated improvement in quality of care. Experience with leading and facilitating process improvement teams.
