If you have the correct experience and are interested, please APPLY NOW! **Key Responsibilities:** + Monitor and inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. + Support manufacturing processes by ensuring proper production, inspection, and gauging techniques. + Verify product conformity with blueprints, schematics, and internal procedures. + Utilize precision measurement tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers to assess product quality. + Accurately document inspection results and maintain compliance with company and industry regulations. + Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. **Must-Have Requirements:** + 2-4 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers. + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD models. + Understanding of metrology and measurement testing. + Experience inspecting products against set specifications and documenting results accurately. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of quality control methodologies such as Six Sigma. + Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Familiarity with advanced inspection techniques and industry best practices. **Skills & Knowledge Areas:** + **Quality Control:** Ensuring products meet required specifications before reaching customers. + **Inspection:** Examining materials or products for compliance with specified standards. + **Specifications Compliance:** Understanding and verifying that products meet defined requirements. + **Measurement Testing:** Using precision tools to assess dimensions and characteristics. + **Metrology:** Applying the science of measurement for precision manufacturing. + **Blueprint & CAD Model Interpretation:** Navigating technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
