What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Quality Inspection Supervisor to join our Greenville Site Operations (GSO) Sustainment team on 2nd shift. In this role, you will lead a team of quality professionals to ensure product and process integrity throughout the sustainment life cycle, from contract review to product delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality standards while driving team success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise quality employees by managing job assignments, overseeing training, scheduling, and approving time off.
- Ensure Quality, Cost, and Schedule goals are consistently achieved, with a strong emphasis on product quality control.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Plan and organize daily inspector activities to meet production schedules.
- Observe, evaluate, and train employees to enhance performance and maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist employees with computer systems, documentation, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform area audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers to address quality issues and support program objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in aircraft manufacturing or sustainment environment
- Experience with F-16, C-130, or H-60 engineering blueprints
- Experience with developing and interpreting quality data and metrics
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Desired Skills:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)- Experience working with U.S. Government (USG) customers
- Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to build cross-functional teams and obtain collaboration
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, including International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Aerospace Standards (AS), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policies and regulations
- Experience utilizing manufacturing processes, specifications, inspection criteria, and quality assurance/control/engineering practices
- Experience with F-16, C-130 or H-60 Sustainment/Production; or equivalent aircraft experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
