Job Summary
Inspector I is responsible to complete production output verification and supporting quality objectives within the Company.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to company policy, procedures and maintain clean working environment.Responsible to complete Inspection per control plans.Inspect/test/measure parts to ensure compliance to specification, record results in ERP system.Notify Quality and/or Production supervision of any non-conforming found.Understands and maintain product identification, labeling and packaging requirements.Complete all assigned training task in timely manner. This includes but not limited to Safety training, departmental and job specific trainings.Participate in daily shift changeover meetings, follow priorities as assigned. Report deviation to shift lead/supervisor.Participate in Lean team activities as required.Additional duties as assigned by management.Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
May require 1+ year of general work experience, Quality control experience (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
Competent understanding of handheld measuring equipment (preferred).Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office, ERP system (preferred).Vision needed to work with and test small partsDetail oriented, flexible in scheduling and prioritization. Ability to lift 50 lbs.Working Conditions and Physical Demands
