Site Supervisor\/Site Leads\nQuality Inspector Responsibilities\n
(To include but not limited to the following)\nClient Relationship & Business Development\n\nThe Quality Inspector acts as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.\n\nOperations\n\nThe Quality Inspector performs quality inspection \/ quality audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use.\nContains non-conforming parts and\/or sub-assemblies.\nRectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting and\/or scrapping as directed by Team Leader.\nUses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and\/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material.\nDetermines the tools and equipment needed to do the job.\nGrinds, sands, cleans and oils parts and\/or sub-assemblies by using hand tools or equipment.\n\nOrganization & Management\n\nCommunicate sort\/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source.\n\nTechnical \n\nMUST be able to use basic hand tools such as gaging, drills, taps, grinders and\/or sanders to repair and\/or clean parts and\/or sub-assemblies.\nUtilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.\n\n
