Job Description
Our Client is a CNC precision machine shop that specializes in quick turnaround, short lead time parts. They utilize CNC machines, manual machines, swiss machines, and primarily focus on prototypes. The facility handles both sheet metal and machined parts.
Hours: 7AM-3PM
Pay Range: $28 - $40
ResponsibilitiesInspect parts taken off the floor, including sheet metal and machined partsConduct incoming parts inspectionsPerform first article inspections using CMM and hand toolsRead and interpret blueprintsUtilize tools such as calipers and micrometers for quality controlConduct visual inspections and ensure adherence to quality standardsEssential Skills2+ years of experience with CMMs3+ years of experience with inspectionProficiency in GD&TAbility to read blueprintsExperience with hand tools, micrometers, and calipersAdditional Skills & QualificationsMachining experienceExperience with vision systems (OGP)2+ years of experience with PCDIMSWillingness to learn and adapt to minimal PCDMIS experienceWork Environment
On the first shift, you will be one of two individuals in the quality department. The shop is relatively small and well-maintained, providing a comfortable work environment.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00
