This role requires attention to detail, basic functional testing knowledge, and the ability to follow regulatory and quality standards. You'll contribute to ensuring compliance with FDA and medical device regulations while supporting document archival and special projects.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans.Follow procedural requirements to maintain compliance with Quality System Regulations (e.g., cGMP).Support paper document preparation and electronic scanning for archival purposes.Initiate Non-Conformance (NC) reports and assist in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Participate in special projects as assigned.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required; AA or Technical Degree preferred.Must be at least 18 years old.Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.Experience using inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, and micrometers preferred.Knowledge of FDA regulations and medical device standards preferred.Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $20.00 per hourMedical Benefits: Eligible for dental, vision, and health insuranceTraining & Growth: Opportunities for skill development and career advancementYour New OrganizationThis opportunity is with a leading medical device manufacturer in Southington, CT.
