**Quality Inspection**
**Job Description:**
Join our team as a Quality Inspector and advance into CMM Programming. You'll perform hands-on inspections using tools like micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators, focusing on aerospace and medical parts. Your role includes in-process and final inspections using blueprints, documenting findings on the computer, and tracking parts with Microsoft Excel. Collaboration with other Quality Inspectors and the quality department is key.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Hands-On Inspection** : Inspect aerospace and medical parts using micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
+ **Precision Inspection** : Inspect both small and large precision parts.
+ **Blueprint-Based Inspection** : Conduct in-process and final inspections using blueprints.
+ **Documentation** : Document and file inspection findings on the computer.
+ **Tracking** : Track parts using Microsoft Excel.
+ **Collaboration** : Work closely with other Quality Inspectors and the quality department.
**Essential Skills:**
+ **CMM Setup and Operation** : Experience setting up and operating CMM.
+ **Machined Parts Inspection** : 2+ years of experience using micrometers and calipers.
+ **Blueprint Reading and GD&T** : Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **CMM Programming** : Experience with Zeiss & Sharpe, PC DMIS.
+ **Industry Experience** : Previous experience in the medical or aerospace industry.
+ **ISO Certification** : Experience in an ISO certified shop.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
